Repair of Fenix flashlights

Two of my Fenix flashlights Model LD20 & LD41 are not working. LD20 for apparently no reason & LD41 was accidentally dropped from a height of 3 feet while it was on. It went Off & stopped functioning. Physically both are in good shape. Can someone please help me out. Both were brought from USA.

They are not interested in repair unless it is purchased from them. They have advised to contact the dealer from whom it was purchased. As those were brought from USA, I am undone.

I hope can search some one here in Delhi who will be dealing with such things, you just send me pictures or else if any body will be coming from BBSR i will tell him collect the same from you, just give me few days I will let you know about the person who can repair it. I hope you are bearing the same no. if I will find any person who will be repairing these kind of flash lights I will post the address very soon, I hope that will be more helpful.

The guy at Hbad is the agent who sells Fenix products but I dont think he can help repair it as he has to depend on Fenix head office in china and they do not respond to repair work. A personal experience.
