Is reloading of 12 gauge ammo illegal in india?

Dear ifgians i want to know this because a relative of mine who is a old time hunter have a foreign made reloading machine which he want to give me but i dont know the legality of reloading 12 gauge shotgun ammo

Reloading is not illegal ASFAIK. However, sourcing correct nitro-powders is not. You can reload with blackpowder but you should know what you are doing and why you are doing it.

please don't fire black powder reload lest you will repent every time you look down through your sbbl/dbbl barrel. Hum to doodh ke jale hain ....
