some of those knives actually are quite genuine, like Spyderco for example, I heard sourced from the same factory which making real Spyderco

Hence, they just ignore it (as told by Sal Glesser, Spyderco's owner).
I am irked by these cheap knock-offs - they are in very poor taste, and badly made. It is very important that the knife you use is trustworthy, and made by a reputed manufacturer. Unfortunately, none of the Chinese stuff is trustworthy, and it also violates basic intellectual property ideas.
