What city in India? In Delhi Rajiv Sharma is the go to person for match air pistol/ air rifle repairs, I am sure in other big cities there would be people specialising in match air pistol/ air rifle servicing/ repair.

In Mumbai, Dr. Shirsat comes to mind immediately. He's the person who had designed IHPs pneumatic air pistol and air rifle, and presently he's designed the Precihole pneumatic air rifle. Get in touch with him, he'll be able to guide you best.

Other option is to go to MRA Worli range, and check with the shooters there as to who they go to for repairs/ service of their air pistols.

In the case of PCP's, usually the seals are the most common culprit, order a set of replacement seals up front from Europe.

Cheers!
