New and looking for recommendations

20 year old from Chennai here. I'm new to the gun scene and looking at all the amendments to the gun laws has me confused.
I'd like to buy/import an air pistol to India. I fancy buying the Beretta M84 from Umarex. I have enough relatives/friends coming from the U.S who can declare it in their baggage.
Is this a good air pistol for a beginner who has never shot?
Can you recommend an air pistol for a beginner?
What will be the budget if I decide to buy an Air pistol in India?
Do I need a licence to use it?
Can I conceal carry?
This is my first post here. I realise I'm way too excited and asking too many questions at once, but I have always wanted to own a firearm and I guess this is my first step towards it.
