Shooting practice question

Hi,
I have two question to ask:
1/ What is the target paper size of competition? It is 9cmX9cm or 10cmX10cm? I bought target paper from kiebarg.in which is 10cmX10cm and when I measure it with the range paper I found out that it is 1cm bigger. I cut some papers to 9cm and measured again with range paper, I found out that the range paper is bigger. How it is possible? When I bought target paper from kovibazaar.com I found out that their papers are not of same size. Some are a little smaller from other. Can somebody tell me which one is correct?
2/ There are who type of R 10 match pellets. 4.50mm and 4.49mm. To practice with FWB or Walther which one should I use? or anyone will be usable for practice?
