Tested JSB Exact 8.44 gns in .177 with GenNex.
The fitting at the breech is superb.
Max -571 fps
Min - 542 fps
SD - 10.3
I expected better SD then this one.
Reading taken over last 5 shots.

There is one or two videos in YouTube regarding the velocity of Apache SE in .22.
So far I can recall , it delivered close to 12 Fpe when new.
I did not have any opportunity to test the same in .177.

Hi All,

This is a nice gun with nice mechanism no doubt about the same however the stock shape is too bulky in the forend. On one of my visits to Great Eastern I checked on it. The extended stock concept is excellent as there are only few models available with the same however it needs to in shape.

This gun is meant for hours of shooting without getting tired.
Such small gun can generate solid knocking power too.
I found it comfortable at 6 fpe .
Even though I put scope on it , yet I find it more handy with open sight.May be it is a personal choice.
It goes very well with Precipell FH.

I agree with you Basu da however the foreend of the stock is little blunt.
Once SDB launched Artemis my expectation was they would implement similar beautiful stocks for their next models.
I strongly believe that the stock design made for Artemis model is the best amongst the Indian AR's. Hence expectations from the manufacturer were a bit on the higher end from my side.

Accuracy is must for any gun without accuracy gun is similar to a stick however what sets it apart is the outlook.
Although for the AR's another aspect is there, the cocking effort which this instrument has surpassed.

Regards
dh

Dear Members,
Yesterday I bought another SDB product-Gennex,a little cute air rifle after using SDB Artemis for nearly 6 months.Actually I was thinking of adding another air rifle in my arsenal but was confused between Sports and Apache SE.Then I had some conversation with our respected Basu Sir and he suggested SDB Sports as I stated that I will buy one which can produce atleast 12fpe.
Then I talked to Dear Sam47,his logical way of thinking totally changed my mind.He said go for SDB Gennex because what SDB Sports or Apache can do can be done in much better way by Artemis.
All my confusion evaporated at once. Now I am happy as I have one which shoots 14.5fpe for long range and one 6fpe for fun plinking at shorter ranges that to without any mascular fatigue due to its light weight.
Will like to thanks Mr Basu and Dear Sam47 as they always help when needed.
Happy plinking.

Dear members,
I think after passing nearly 350 or so pellets through my Gennex though it is too early to put any comments but I can't resist myself in reviewing it.
It is as accurate as my Artemis. It can give 1" group any day anytime with NE pellets at shorter ranges like 15m to 20m and hope with good pellets it will shrink further. At least my can.
Due to its light weight and compact size my Artemis is not getting any chance nowadays. Thanks to SDB Team for producing such a versatile product which can be used offhand without muscular fatigue all day long.
Few things manufacturers must notice that stop hole is not sufficient to hold the stop pin,it should be little more deeper. At least I am having problem with it.Though I use scope but now they should install good looking sights at least rear sight because little vanity will not hurt.I have not dismantled my gun completely but on peeping through cocking slot astonished to notice oily and rusty internals. They should take care of it if possible.
Overall accuracy is what I look for and it is as accurate as my liking.I will like to thanks Mr Basu and Dear Sam47 for suggesting this little master plinker.
Thanks.

Very true Basu Sir.
I bought my Gennex on 21Jan and till today it has already consumed a whole pack of 500 pellets of NE flat heads, around 50- 60 precipell round head and around 75above USPH pellets. So on total above 600pellets within 14 days.So it is great pellet eater.
Thanks.

My diana 460 consumes 100-125 pellets every session. 4 tins of 500 every month!
