Hi Abhijeet
The new arms rules covers the blank guns as well?
As such we are burdened by the needless red tape bureaucracy in obtaining a license and other rules and restrictions on Airsoft and airguns.... Now this too..... The whole charter seems to be in favour of OFB only....Not harmless citizens who want to pursue a passion/sport.

Yep, the new (draft) Arms Rules treat blank guns, replicas and even paintball markers as REAL firearms with all the attended legal implications.
