Can the Hatsan AR be used for target practice at north calcutta rifle club or because of its high power they wont allow that? Plus what is the caliber of that Hatsan AR?

You wont be allowed. My precihole returns around 600fps. The Anschutz returns around 560fps.
.177 cal is the only caliber you can import.

So if the .177 is the only caliber allowed in clubs, does that mean one cannot import AR in .25 caliber?

But since your Anschutz is a PCP rifle, how do you refill it?

Looks like a cycle pump. But, whereas a cycle pump can pump upto 30psi,these can pump upto 3000 psi.
PCPs are filled with compressed air. If you mean from a scuba tank, then yes.

No. They fill at a pressure upto 50psi.
Only compressors for scuba tanks would do.
