Diana 460 Magnum

Post by danish21 » Sun Feb 18, 2007 1:19 am

At last the diana 460 magnum has launched... does any one got a chance of testing this beauty ? Do write your expert comments.

The new high-power-airrifle with fixed barrel and underlever-system. Based on selected components: Diana high precision barrel, high-quality Monte Carlo-type stock with rubber pad, match-type trigger as well as the powerful underlever-system, DIANA-engineers developed an extra class airrifle, the DIANA 460 Magnum.

just thought i'd drop in the asking prices in my part of the world.

in u.k. a magnum is going for around 350 pounds (around 29,000 ). faridabad gun house in delhi, is asking for 48,000 bucks (probably negotiable)

Danish,

Does the model matter?

Since you consider the 350 Mag soooo wonderful, how about putting your money where your mouth is? No regrets, remember?

Done! Buy it from Dubai.

There are two stipulations though...

1) You cannot sell it. Afterall it's a tack driver, ain't it?

2) The 350 Mag is the only air-rifle you use henceforth. Unless you would like to upgrade to something better.... ;)

Do keep us informed.

excuse me for being alive, why does an 'air rifle' need a recoil pad?

Diana air rifles are distributed by RUAG Ammotech in the UK and I`m sure that the 350 Magnum isn`t imported.
The recoil pad on the 460 Magnum is necessary to help control the fierce recoil due to the phenomenal power produced.

Ah, you see Asif, I was just checking to see whether there was any life in the assumed corpse. You seem to be reasonably on-the-ball - more asleep than dead perhaps ?
It can`t be a .460 Weatherby Air Magnum - there`s no muzzle brake.
What a b****y joke - a `Magnum` air rifle !
