Yep but the pheasant wasn't part of the rhyme.

Literary licence, you see. ;)

Yay yay....I was expecting this only

No.. I don't have any intention of taking any Pheasant or Partridge with me.. If you see Shoot pics. I am holding a RAM skull. Owner of the reserve offered me that for free but I declined because of these CITES restrictions and apart from that a deer mount in US cost around $300 and I was thinking of getting one on my next trip..which I think will happen soon :D :D

What a looser! Why on earth would you want someone elses trophy? :?

Tell you what...on your return, go to Russel market, pick up a goats head, bury it for six months and voila!

Man... when in the god's name I said somebody else's trophy... :? :? :?

They make you trophy for $300 or 350.. and you have to give them a deer and you have to hunt that deer because i think no body sell deer here....

What does this mean, Inder?

"If you see Shoot pics. I am holding a RAM skull. Owner of the reserve offered me that for free but I declined because of these CITES restrictions."

But that wasn't a full trophy..it was only a skull with horns. If somehow I would have managed to get that to INDIA I would have never hanged it inside my home and please see the rest of that post

Now can we get back to original question please....:mrgreen:

Allow me to elaborate,

Inder wa offered the Rams head that he is holding for free but he had to refuse on account of CITES.

Holding the Rams head made Inder sudddenly realise that holding the skull of a dead goat with horns attached is very cool.It would however be the height of coolness to hold the head of a goat that he had killed himself. So he resolved to kill one the next time he is in USA( foren goats are better than Indian ones, remember)

It also made him remember vaguely about something called CITES.It would not be cool at all if his skull of a goat was confiscated by the Yahoo's at Delhi Airport.

Hence the query.

Inder, the permission to bring in a hunting trophy is granted by the Ministry of Environment and Forests.I am assuming that the MOE would want documents proving that the trophy is a legally hunted animal. Is USA a signatory to CITES?If you want any further info. you can send a query to an outfit that organises hunting Safari's in Africa.Suitably worded of course

Otherwise it's RTI,lakh dukhon ki ek dawa

I bloody well know it was supposed to be gift.

Trophies need to be earned, not taken and posed with. Frigging wannabe sportsman! Bah and humbug too! :P
And if we keep going like this we will be a GURU soon.
Not if I delete this thread.
