As title, where one can get the list of vermin animals state-wise and the rules regarding culling?

The State governments have forest and wildlife department. One may contact them or their website.

If am not wrong though hunting is banned, still indigenous tribals can hunt... In tribal forest... Ain't it?

Tani tribal groups in Arunachal still go on hunting expedition called Kiru! But we observe certain rules such as.. Its a taboo to hunt during breeding season!
