I've been hummimg it from the time I joined up...

A quick update!

Since there were not many confirmations till yesterday, I had taken the liberty to invite an old school time friend, my brother in law, my co-brother and his younger brother. Dev and Harsh (clownfish) were the only 2 IFG members who could finally make it.

We eventually ended up meeting at Ruby Tuesdays instead of 4S, swapped stories and downed more beers and rum than was good for us... Anyhow, finally got to handle Dev's brand new rifle (it's even better in the flesh) and his crossman pistol - the way the parking attendant was ogling at the guns coming out from the boot, am sure Dev must have gotten away without having to pay for parking!

Harsh, who has very "good connections" in the media has promised to help us get more attention on the pro-gun debate!

Hey Abhijeet,

You haven't done the old grandma trick for IFG...One official b'day and then the real one . Thhhhisshh way we could make sure that Asif also downs a pint or two. You are welcome to try out the QB whenever you have time I am just beginning to zero in at 25 m. Actually a .22 barrel (accessory barrel and bolt) would really make this a very happy toy.

But I had to pay for parking anyway;-) what I was scared of was the parking guy calling the cops and having to explain why I have two toys in the car. But the evening was great and for once you don't feel so alone and insane. So thanks once again for creating the form and God Bless this extraordinary band of brothers.

It's IFG's 3rd birth anniversary this Saturday! IFG came into existence (at Yahoo Groups) on 27th Oct 2004... For all those in Delhi, how about an offline celebration?

I don't need convincing, Abhijeet.

I almost booked the tickets until Ruby said she had to be in Hyderabad during two of those four days.

However, now even if her going to Hyderabad gets cancelled, I won't be able to make it as I blew up half the ticket amount on ammo this Sunday.
