When you have finished with the mutual back slapping, do post the c-t-c distances of both the groups. Preferably before the next blue moon.
Thanks.

Nice shooting there, gents.

Zubin, do you intend to restock it in any near future?

My custom 1-piece Weaver base is ready! This rail is much lower than the present 2-piece bases and looks great on the rifle too! Pics coming up soon.

z375,

In the Indian market, sure is a good alternative to the 30-80 year old garbage that is there for sale.Rifles in good condition are becoming harder to come by and are becoming more and more expensive.3 for the price of one is a pretty good bargain.

How about a take down version? Should be relatively simple to do.

Winnie,
I agree, good rifles are as scarce as hen's teeth and thank heavens that this alternative has hit the stands just in time, the rifle could use a few cosmetic changes to doll things up and improve the lines a bit, but as far as the functionality, reliability and most importantly, cost go? It gets two thumbs up from me

p.s - I hear the IOF is churning out a .308 very soon too! ironically the first time I heard about the IOF .30-06 was about 7 years ago, so you do the math!

I have, but they'd probably require a bit of work to get them to fit nice and snug into the IOF, also the barrel contour might differ from the Sauer, but then again, its gonna be fully free-floated, so no heartache there too other than from an aesthetic point of view.
