10 round magazine for IOF 30.06?

I came across this picture on facebook. Seems that this IOF 30.06 is loaded with 10 round magazine.
Is this possible.
and is it possible to have a 10 round magazine for IOF .315?

Beauty is in eye of the beholder or the owner who paid some one to make this magazine/contraption..its more for oomph factor..remember a chap in our village who did similar thing to his airgun..
