There is no one shop stop, you will have to search with local gun dealers, chances are better in major cities.
To Purchase N.P.Bore Rifle

Recently I got a new all India Licence of N.P. Bore Rifle from J&K state. Do I require written permission from Issuing Authority for purchasing N.P. Bore Rifle to produce before any authorize dealer in India.

no, if your license is all india, you dont need any permission to buy from any where in india
