please suggest some gun house also, who can refinish m1 Garand .30 cal.

Doubt if any 'gun house'can do the works for you. Suggest you read Hatcher's Notebook and Roy Dunlap's Gunsmithing. Once you've been through them, you'll understand what would be required and who would be the correct person for the job.

What exactly you intend doing with your Garand rifle? is it cofined to bluing/parkerising or other alterations as well.
