All of the weapons with the exception of the Springfield should be under $1000 assuming you live in the US.
About the Bruno.. I dont know but Brno and Cz, are remarkably affoardable.

However if you live in India, then the prices are pretty much what the seller wants, since it is a seller's market largely.

Hi MOA,why are you tormenting the guy?
Dara,in India there is no MRP for imported weapons,if you are buying from a Dealer the price is his purchase + his profits { which by no means are small},if you are buying from the owner, his call and what suits you,try hopping to Pathankot or Jalandhar.you might be able to get a good weapon from Amritsar too.
Z 375 has done up an IOF 30-06,Rustom has done up a 22,they look better then what IOF would have copied them from, see them photos are here .PM Rustom or Z375,they wont mind helping you

Good decision, darashp. I too have one. However, bear in mind that you might just have to work on it a bit before you actually get around to shooting with it. There are a few gunsmiths and armorers amongst us who could help you out. Also see z375's thread on the IOF Outback for gunsmithy issues and my own 'IFG meet in Ahmedabad' to see how it shoots.

The issue with the IOF is the price compared to 'imports', none of which will be 25 years 'new' or 'mint'. Moreover, since you will be spending considerably less than the 'imports', you could go ahead and 'modify' it to you likes!

HI GUYS!!!! WAS THINKING OF GETTING A .22 RIFLE. SINCE YOU SAY A BRNO WOULD BE PRETTY AFFORDABLE COULD YOU LET ME KNOW THE PRICE FOR A NEW ONE. I'M CURRENTLY BASED IN MUMBAI AND WOULDN'T MIND TRAVELLING IF I COULD GET IT FOR A CHEAPER RATE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW HOW THE RIFLE SHOOTS, COMMENTS ON THE TRIGGER, BARREL AND MAINTAINENCE. AND IF NOT THE BRNO THE WHICH .22 RIFLE WOULD IT BE. AWAITING YOUR ADVICE. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!! MARK.

ANOTHER THING, I JUST PULLED OUT AN OLD EDITION OF THE RIFLE SHOOTER MAGAZINE AND READ ABOUT .22 RIMFIRE MAGNUM RIFLES. ARE THEY LEAGLE IN INDIA :?:

hey Nagarifle im really sorry about the caps. :D I should learn somehing about typing decibel control!! thanks Amit. I do need to get an arms licence first but the entire procedure is just maddening. I tried first in college when I used to shoot university level and then gave up. I'll sure have to give it a try again. once done shall ask you again for your advice thanks a ton again.
