Can we get blaser rifle with additional barrel of .22 on our normal license or procedure is different

If you want the best of the best, message Shooter 50. Forget anybody else in the country. He's hung up his boots now so maybe he has the time to do the modification for you. I saw a recent 7x57 that he's refinished for a friend. Believe me it is at par with the refinish done by Rigby.
