Mohit

You are saying launching in November. Has MHA given you permission to operationalize your factory? Have MHA said they will give you the amendment?

Then how can you be so sure?

Not a good practice Mohit. Without having authorization I don’t even know it is legal to announce a launch.

Also you mentioned you were testing 32ACP from last 2 years? But you got your license only last year? So how were you testing .32ACP from 2 years??

Would that not be illegal? Or does MHA allow you to start testing, before you get your license??

Dear Mohit,
It’s Make In India product Pistol or fully imported firearms from your suppliers S&W ???
Because your answer to this will give confidence to all prospective buyers of your Pistol & Revolver which includes myself who will wait further till November 2022.
Thanks & Regards

I think we should be happy that we can finally think of even owning these these weapons in the near future , well approval and other licenses is his headache and if he has taken the bold step to share the pictures and announce the models on this forum I am sure he knows what he is doing .
Other manufacturers did this like 2-3 years back and they have not spoken About it since .
Let’s promote Indigenous manufacturing with a positive attitude .
Happy shooting guys
Happy Independence Day .

Ranveer it’s the bad experience which makes one wary. We welcome indigenous manufacturing.

All for it. Sure it is the companies prerogative to get the licnese, but when you have no authorization to manufacture and no confirmation from MHA when you will be able to do so and you go all out and announce, is it fair to the customer?

Have they been forthcoming in any of their communication
that they are not authorized? Is this fair?

Sure , as prospective customers and forum members we have the right to ask them any product or company related questions .
I am just too excited to see someone actually committing a timeline. And yes past experiences have been so shitty with these foreign manufacturers setting up shop in India I don’t even want to talk about it 😠
Like I always say we all have the right to ask and express as long as it’s within the rules and guidelines of IFG

Hello Mohit, So when are you going to open the bookings? November itself or at some other date before or after launch?

Rahul Yadav however way you may present this, fact of the matter is there is no launch as there is no authorization. Even if you get authorization the permission to go live does not exist.

Anyway where has your license been issued from? Seems like you have joined the group today.
