Best depends on the your Budget and the quality of the weapon. Sometimes good weapons which are not well maintained can be worse that so so weapons which are well taken care of.
So once you decide your budget then people here will be able to guide you.

I am new to this forum. I have recently got a license and I wish to buy a .32 revolver which is small and easy to carry. I would like to hear your expert opinions.

IOF pistol or revolver is your only option in practical terms. Under a lakh and you will have money left for some ammo. Good luck.
