own firearms then they restrict that bore/caliber?

What happens if they restrict a caliber/bore but I owned it before they restricted it? I can keep it correct because I owned it before a change of law because they think it’s to stronge like a .22 isn’t that the most deadliest caliber/bore in the world are they stupid Thanks you if you cannot keep it that’s is very stupid/greedy of India. Also what happens if I’m a businessman in India can I get restricted firearms do I have to pay a bribe or something thanks?
