Hi Prabhusankar,

First of all, welcome to our world of IFG.
Secondly as regards your query the answer probably lies in you, by answering these simple questions:
i) You need an Arms Licence, so start the processing by getting one.
ii) Once you have an AL, decide and understand what is your budget for acquiring one ?
iii) Once the Budget is decided , go to the nearest Arms and Ammunition dealer and check out the different models of revolvers and pistols available. Here not only will you be able to decide what your heart wants but also what your pocket can afford. You can also then write to us again and we will try and advise you the best out of the choices you have made.
Just for your information a handgun could be worth anything between Rs 75000 to Rs 15 lakhs (but that should be very confusing at this stage)

All the best,

Chicky

get a licence
find the gun you want
get the money
find the shop
show licence and money to shop keeper
tell him you want to buy gun.
he takes the money
you take the gun
END
Nagarifle

if you say it can not be done, then you are right, for you, it can not be done.

Dear Gun loving friends.. I hv been reading so many posts here and couldn't help myself in registering myself in this forum . the GOI has been very kind to grant me an AIL for an NPB pistol. I do not want to buy any IOF stuff .. So I shall be very grateful to my friends in this forum if I can get few suggestions regarding what to buy.
