Someone on another site contacted them regarding price. I forget what it was, but it was somewhere around $4-6,000! I also don't think it's available in the US yet.
Sure it's interesting and all, but considering it's far less powerful than a bb gun, I think I'd rather buy two Wilson 1911s if I was looking to spend way too much money...

I guess, more than the practical issues, it's the cool factor.

Vikram,

I heard about this thing as well from a British gunwriter. APparently, it's small power output makes it the only firearm that is legal to purchase in the UK without any license. But, this is only the smallest current firearm in the world. There were the 2.7mm and 3mm Kolibri pistols produced between the World Wars which were the smallest ever made.

Incidentally, Switzzerland has a tradition of manufacturing miniature working firearms and Waffen Crottet founded by Leon Crottet in the 1940s makes all kinds of miniature guns, from 1911 pistols to full auto MG 88s and Bren guns.

Cheers!

Yeah, I'm just outraged by the price, but I completely understand the cool factor. Just don't buy it for home defense!
