The barrel length is 127 mm which is slightly longer than 5 inches ! It was rumoured to be 4 inches initially .
The price of the short barrel version is Rs.84,082 (ex Kanpur) and that of a longer barrel version is 1,10,774 (ex Kanpur).
Will the buyers settle for a smaller, lighter and cheaper older version or go for "Anmol" remains to be seen.

The IOF seems to be really fixated on the webley/enfield configuration eh?
Large funds for phoney R&D...minimal work. Typical.

Doesn't this revolver look too big for a bullet of size .32acp..it might have been better if they have changed the caliber also to .38 special.

Looks like a webley copycat. lol and we blame the Chinese companies for making copycats

To say honestly I really don't like the look of any IOF made products but this revolver is gonna make me s**t bricks

also I don't see the point of 5 inch barrels on a .32ACP revolver. Is someone planning to snipe with this POS? Haha a inch longer barrel and price gone up by 25K lol
PS: If this is what they call R&D, I bet they will s**t in their pants if they sees a Metal Storm research facility lol

gentlemen,
they sure have proved a point, that the ordnance factory is run by idiots. imagine shelling out rs. 25000. more for a weapon that is heavier and useless for concealed carry

hope they find more idiots to buy it

Now, is it possible that they will
increase the existing price of the older shorter barrel revolver just to reduce such a huge price difference between the two ?

Maybe... Let's hope they don't do that type of nasty things. Looking at their current products, I won't buy from them even if they were the last firearm manufacture in this whole freakin' world.

You still have some time before you can apply for and acquire a valid firearms license , who knows , IOF might start producing your dream Colt Python replica by then !
IOF products have their advantages and there are several satisfied owners (at that price) on this forum.
