.22 pocket pistol
A friend of mine is keen on buying .22 pocket pistol but with higher magazine capacity ,may be 10 plus , suggestion on imported model that can be avaliable in INDIA is requested. My suggestion was TPH OR Baby browning but those comes with just 5 or 6 rounds of mag capacity. Cheers James...

LOL.
These are rarer than the normal .32s but the few I have seen have been terribly expensive. What is the budget?

Re: .22 pocket pistol
I cant remember any high capacity 22 LR which comes into the category of pocket pistols although there are many 10 shot excellent pistols such as Browning Buck Mark, Ruger Mark2 or 22/45 but again none of them comes into your desired category. Walther P22 is as smaller gun which meet your minimum magazine capacity requirement but i think it is post 86 gun so you might not find one.

here is a comparison of Pocket Pistols which you might find helpful, but none of them is 22 LR and starting from 32ACP. this image is taken from www.mouseguns.com, a very informative site you may find helpful.

I don't know the mag capacity but a dealer I know had a .22 Walther (similar to a PPK IIRC) which he used personally. Loaded with CCI stingers

Re: .22 pocket pistol
walther ppk is a very good pistol but IIRC it has magazine capacity of 8 rounds in PP and 7 in PPK. check for a Llama or Star in .22 as both are good guns and you might find them at a lower price.

Re: .22 pocket pistol
I do not know of a double stacked magazine in 22LR, so you are limited to a regular sized grip. This will make a 10 shot pistol larger than a comparative centerfire handgun. If this is what he really wants I would probably suggest getting a full sized 22 and having a competent person shorten the barrel.
However, if he truly wishes a pocket 22 with a large magazine capacity I would suggest getting a pocket 22, and then fitting a 10 shot magazine to it. Of course the magazine will extend below the grip but the grip could always be extended too.
About the only other thing I suggest is I have a Star model F, and I remember they had a short barrel version offered. Of course it has been out of production for a long time but for a factory 22 with 10 shots and a short barrel it is an option if one can be found.
Here is a pic:
