Qs Point 4(a) Permanent Address - Should my Existing Rental House Address at Bangalore be given ? ...
i do NOT Own any House in Karnataka State ... ( My Parents own a House in another State )

Qs Point 6 (c) Whether any other member of the applicant's family is in possession of arms license, if so particulars thereof ?
NOTE - My Father(EX-Defence) Owns a Revolver & Lives in another State (NOT with me) , Also i am looking to apply independently & NOT under the Family Heirloom category

Section - Part B - Other Particulars of Applicant :-

Qs Point 7 (b) Has a safe place to keep the arms ?
Will Taking up a Bank Locker OR any Other Storage at Home Help ?


Section - Part C Particulars of License

Qs Point 8.Head for License ?

Qs Point 9. The forms in which the license is required ?

Qs Point 11 (a) Area within which applicant wished to carry arms ?
Is "Taluka Level" Advisable ?

Qs Point 11 (b) Place where arms/ ammunition will be kept/ manufacture etc. ?
