Please Help

Dear members,

My name is Harsh and i got my license on on 28/8/2013. I applied for Mark III from SAF on 3/9/2013. My dd reached at Armapur SO on 6/9/13. But till today i have no information of my collection date. On calling the factory there is no response.
I contacted a agent and he told me that waiting period is about 4 months and there is very crowd of application from all over parts pf india, therefor there is a delay in your application. He also told me that he can make it in Half time if i can spend money for the same. He was asking to give money to Some "Madam" Who look after the application process. I am very confused about the working of the factory. Can any body help me regarding my matter?

I don't think the agent is being honest here. From what I've read on this forum, wait period for a revolver is usually between 30-45 days...
