.38 special revolver

Post by waulakh » Tue Nov 01, 2011 11:15 am

hi friends,
i have been offered a colt .38 special snub nose revolver for 4 lacs. is it worth the price compared to the 10 lacs+ people are asking for for .357 magnums and the abnormally high prices for .32s.
regards,

.38 Special should be for Rupees One lac OR even less. How much ammo is the seller offering along with the revolver? .38 Special ammo is hard to come by and when available is priced outrageously.

Cheers!

The problem is that no .38special is available anywhere at this price.Even P B weapon owners are quoting 1 lac+ for a 9mm luger pistol. There are 30 rounds with the revolver.Spare rounds are 300-Rs each.In Punjab people are quoting ridiculous amounts and others who have sold their lands for 1.5 crore an acre willingly pay it. A CZ75 .32 was picked up for 12lacs by a politician.

There is no .32 Cz75... you probably mean Cz83

A CZ-75 pistol has only been made in 9x19mm Parabellum, 9x21mm and .40 S&W. The question is, did the firearm dealer play a fast one here ? A poetic justice ?

Sorry :OT:

i stand corrected. it is a CZ-83. another CZ-75 was quoted at 9.5. wonder how all these weapons are coming when the import is banned.a dealer said that may be these have been brought from abroad by army officers who went on foreign assignments. BTW my question is still unanswered.
