Gentlemen,

Contrary to my belief about them being show case/ gun safe 'queens', fully functional gold plated guns are used in these modern times.

It is made in Belgium (stamped on the frame in between the engraving), model 2008 in 9mm caliber (as per the serial number).

Looking at the grip it seems it must have been his regular carry, atleast from the time trouble started for him.
