A far as IOF coming out with innovative designs; I was going to make a comment about the inadvisability of issuing alcohol to Chimpanzees but I decide to let it pass.

ROTFL issuing alcohol to Chimpanzees might improve the output and the design :D

Truly a heartening read, thank you for the posting.

We have great talent and innovation in India, but not the avenues to allow this to blossom (so far)

As an aside, its interesting if one can assemble and disassemble one's personal weapon blind fold, train for it and see how much more confident you become of your weapon.
