At the risk of sounding snotty; there is no such thing as a ".45mm" pistol.
A bullet of that diameter would be very small, less than half a millimeter in size.
I think what you mean is a pistol with a nominal bore diameter of .45 of an inch, which would be something like .45 ACP or .45 Colt. So the first step in suggesting how to buy one would depend on your answer to the question: Do you have an arms license? If you are not sure why that question should be asked, please try this LINK
