charter arms .32 under cover vs ashani

Post by vinay singh » Wed Jan 26, 2011 8:42 pm

hi guys,
A friend of mine recently got his arms licence,he has been offered a .32 pistol of iof for 2.00 approximately.the pistol is 2009 and in reasonably good condition as i am told.however he says that he also has an option for going for a charter arms revolver .32 under cover ,in mint condition(it belongs to a relative)and the asking price is 3.5 .i have never owned a charter arms or have come across many of them ,i however do own a modified ashani and do not have any problem regarding its efficiency.i would like my learned friends from this forum to guide him to choose a better deal.

Hello caeser, if the gun is this model : http://www.andrewsfirearms.com/index.ph ... ers_id=206

and if it is in perfect working condition, it is a 100 times better than the ashani. Since the price quoted is not a 100 times the ashani, i would say go for it!

Caesar

Charter arms was discussed in detail here..its a very decent gun under rated compared to SW ad Colt

Also do read Bobby Sidhus remarks about pistols

If possible post pictures of both the guns so members can advise better
Good luck
