IOF is a top secret organisation in markrting its products. .Most of its details of civilian weapons , models, pricing and procedures to purchase is like buying some banned substance with known contacts. IOF does not advertise its products , models, price and procedures pan India in all regional languages nor does it give Indian licencees a off the shelf , nil hassels buying experiences. There are manu MARKS 1,2,3,4, etc with no technical literature in public domain. the rules of purchase is very restrictive , no after sales service, no sprare parts list with prices, no venues for repair, It is as if buy or leave, we dont care. Somebody has to bell the cat. We as a shooting enthusiasts need to highlight such lacunaes and in the best interests of the nation, send strong comments , suggestions and the like so that the common Indian gets the best from IOF.
