I called one of the so called designated dealers(you can get this if you search internet diligently, they have their websites on standby for launch and models and their pics). He says for sure by Diwali. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed. Actually they have been crossed for so long, they have gone into knots.

Diwali is too far will come early maybe in march or April only .
