16 bore cartridges availability

I own own 16 bore sbbl shotgun webly and scott.
I came to know that shaktiman cartridges belongs to Dwaraka arms store.i tried to condact the said dealer in the number that was given in site and also some dealers gave. But not responding.anyone having the email of the said shop? Even though the cartridges are smaller than 12 bore the rate of 16bore is double greater than the 12 bore.dealers all asking rs 180 plus .
So please help me out to condact dwaraka arms and ammunition store.

Here in the U.S. getting 16 gauge shells is difficult and expensive. Fortunately I have been able to buy enough to provide a great inventory of once fired hulls and can now reload with the specs that I want.
