Its really an Unique Gun indeed. Adams Lever action Double is a forgotten era weapon now. The Company details are as follows

The firm was established as wholesale gun and ammunition makers of military firearms in 1870 at 9, Finsbury Place South, London. Their earliest trade labels stated, "Whole sale only". Over the years they advertised as makers to the industry. Eventually all this was dropped.

From 1881 to 1894 they had offices and showrooms at 32 Finsbury Pavement from where they traded as retailers and exporters. Their trade mark was a shield with an A, banner above with the word "Reliance". Reliance was the name of a model of shotgun, and perhaps other guns. The firm became sole manufacturers of Martini-Zeller rook and rabbit rifles, they were prolific "manufacturers" and buyers of arms made both in Birmingham and on the continent.

In 1895 they amalgamated with Thomas Perkes and moved to his address at 15 Swallow Street. The amalgamation did not last and the two firms split up in 1898 when Thomas Perkes was declared bankrupt.

Adams & Co moved to trade at 22 Denmark Street, Soho. Charles E Andrews, who had been employed by Adams & Co for 13 years, bought Thomas Perkes' business and continued it under his own name at 15 Swallow Street.

The firm was not recorded after 1899.

As far as the price is concerned, In India it can be anything but one point is for sure that this weapon was build by 1899 approximately. none of the records showing their presence in 19th century. so its a Collectible item now.
the Auction sites showing the Auction records for Adams rifles and Shotguns with Price tag of Around 2000 USD. if you can check the serial no then it will be more clear as till 1890 they use 4 digit serial no.

Shivaji Dasgupta, good information.

It has what is known as Jone's underlever. The price in the UK could be anything from £400-1200 or more or less, depending on the condition and the aesthetics of the guns.

The Jone's underlever alone does not determine its price.

Check the barrels to find out if there is any pitting or rust issues.
