I've been ranting about this everywhere I can.
Just fortifies what I say about our moribund system and of course, the almighty bureaucracy.

penpusher,

Why am I not at all surprised and deeply pained at the same time? The morons who are responsible for this sorry state of affairs are as big killers of our jawans as the terrorist groups that launch attacks on them from time to time.

A follow up on this is that the Indian govt. has rejected that the DRDO argument that it does not require an outside audit and has set up a committee to look in to the working of the organisation.
