Just thought of posting a video of mine shooting skeet at the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh range at Hyderabad.

Hi Indian,

The gun being used is a Perazzi Mx2000 skeet gun.

Cheers

Quality wasnt that bad at all nice shooting. My scores are pathetic even with shooting singles even then I enjoy skeet more than trap.

Cheers

Hell, I can shoot better! Just ask Abhijeet. ROTFL

Thanks for the video. The range is far greener than what it was in November 2003.

Usually between 1 and 3 out of 25 but I once went as high as 8!

I still cannot figure out how you chaps manage to hit those double crossers. Respect!

Oh and one more thing...I usually wait until the bird is past the house so that I have a better chance with my full choked barrels. :P

Mack The Knife, have you ever thought that you might not be getting the birds because you use full choked barrels? You should shoot faster and earlier than usual if you used these barrels.

As my coach used to say, "Mount and bang, dont give it time to fly".As soon as you mount, pull the trigger. This works provided you give the proper lead and you are in line with the bird.

Oh most important, see the bird.Dont shoot at the blur.

Cheers

Ashar, I have only shot skeet about half a dozen times. I know the full chokes are a disadvantage for skeet but it's just for laughs. Having said that I still hate missing!

Those bally birds fly so fast I am lucky if I even see a blur! And I also shoot with one eye closed...

Thanks for the tip. Will put it to use the next time I go to the range.
