Hi,
I'm told HATSAN Long Gladius 0.177 has a regulator and can increase to 36 joules as per YouTuber, The Mountain Man Harish. Is this correct?
1. If correct, does this need an arms license as it exceeds 20 joules?
2. If I shoot at 36 joules, will the power/fps increase? If yes, by how much? For instance, 20 joules air rifle like PX100 is effective at about 100m.
3. Some websites say 60 optimal shots and 120 shots per fill. What does this mean?
Thanks so much in advance.

1..No Hatsan gladius is not regulated but it has a power adjusting wheel by which one can increase fps to a certain extent..(only if the imported gun has not locked adjuster)
2.. And if power is not restricted in gun well it can go up to 40 to 43 joules ..
3..shooting accurately depends on shooter mostly
4..High power level less shot count and less power output more shot count..

Re: HATSAN Long Gladius with regulator
Thanks, Veer.
1. What do you mean by regulated? Could you please clarify? Which air rifles have regulators to control the speed/power?
2. Power is not restricted.. you mean the joules getting "locked" to max of 20 joules?
Any idea how many shots I can take with this gun if I shoot at about 40 joules?
