I am leaving for my home town tomorrow afternoon so won't be able to make it. Have fun guys, shoot a lot and drink couple of glass fulls (the one OUP suggests)

This date is also celebrated as Infantry Day and also happens to be the date when Indian troops arrived in Srinagar after the Pakistan backed tribal invasion in 1947. It is also the day on which the Indian infantry began its post-Kargil new training programme for soldiers.
