thought for the day

Posts that don't fit into any other category. If it's anything to do with guns, it probably doesn't belong here!

Strict licensing have no effect on crime, as criminals by definition, do not obey laws. A national survey conducted by Wright and Rossi for the Department of Justice USA found that 82% agreed that "gun laws only affect law-abiding citizens; criminals will always be able to get guns - more by crook than by hook."

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

•Once all villagers decided to pray for rain, on the day of prayer all the people gathered, but only one boy came with an umbrella.
THAT'S FAITH

•When you throw a baby in the air, she laughs because she knows you will catch her.
THAT'S TRUST

* Every night we go to bed, without any assurance of being alive the next morning but still we set the alarms to wake up.
THAT'S HOPE

•We plan big things for tomorrow in spite of zero knowledge of the future.
THAT'S CONFIDENCE

•We see the world suffering, but still we get married and have children.
THAT'S LOVE

•On an old man's shirt was written a sentence, 'I am not 70 years old....but I feel 16 with 54 years of experience'
THAT'S ATTITUDE

HAVE A HAPPY DAY!

Genocide is not just a murderous madness; it is, more deeply, a politics that promises a utopia beyond politics - one people, one land, one truth, the end of difference. Since genocide is a form of political utopia, it remains an enduring temptation in any multiethnic and multicultural society in crisis.
